Mountain Mogan Scenic Zone is located at Deqing County, 60km from Hangzhou City.

There are beautiful scenes in the area. Mountain Tashan, the highest peak of the area, is 719m above sea level. It is featured by bamboos, springs, and clouds as well as clearness, green, coolness and quietude, and reputed as “a cool world”. Its main attractions are Mogan Lake, Biwu Dragon Pond, Mountain Tianquan, Shimenka, Jianchi Waterfall, and Luhua Marsh.
